- We shall not be held responsible for any errors which should occur during installation/upgrade and takes no responsibility in case of dataloss in case of you having other tables in the database you want us to install Magento on, etc.

- No support or service in addition to the upgrade is provided (this includes configuration of any kind).
- Sorry, we do not upgrade on Windows and MAC servers.
- Your server must meet the Magento system requirements( http://www.magentocommerce.com/system-requirements)
- We shall not be held responsible for any errors which should occur during upgrade and takes no responsibility in case of dataloss in case of you having other tables in the database you want us to install Magento on, etc.
- We shall not be held responsible and in charge in case of serious problems during the upgrade-process which makes the store fail to work afterwards (we strongly recommend a service-agreement with Varien for that purpose).
- The upgrade does NOT support updates of your current template in case of incompatibility with the new version of Magento

These conditions might sound extreme but many users have had quite many problems upgrading Magento and although we have much experience upgrading Magento after doing hundreds of upgrades we cannot be held responsible for errors in Magento. However, we will ofcourse do our best to make the upgrade process go through and we so far have a 100% successfull record of all our upgrades.
